The Top 1000 Channels on YouTube

The Top 1000 channels have increased their average monthly views by 10% and average subscriber count by 13.7% in the past six months. Channels in the Top 1000 published an average of 40 videos in October.

From September to October 2015, average monthly views increased by almost 1% to 27MM and average subscribers are up 2.2% to 2.4MM. Of the Top 1000 channels, the Top 100 account for 27% of subscribers, 30% of monthly views and 13% of the videos published.

  • An average of 21K subscribers per channel. The Top 10 Travel & Tourism brands (listed below) have an average of 102K subscribers.
  • Over 733K average monthly views compared to the Top 10 Travel & Tourism brands with over 5MM average monthly views.
